Designed to bridge that gap by providing practical education, encouragement, and resources that help students build independence, strengthen decision-making skills, and prepare for the responsibilities that come with adulthood.
Supporting graduating seniors as they prepare to enter college, the workforce, vocational training, or other life pathways by equipping them with tools that strengthen their confidence, stability, and readiness for the future.
Ready, Set, Go Journey™ Initiative is a youth development program created to help graduating seniors prepare for life beyond high school. The transition from high school into adulthood can be exciting, but it can also be overwhelming for many young people who may not yet have the guidance, resources, or life preparation needed to navigate the next stage of life with confidence.
